Our operating model
SKILLGATE trains, manages and places its own pool of screened technology talent. Candidates are developed through UNITeS Integrated, screened by SKILLGATE and placed with corporate partners on contract-based, project-based, short-term and long-term engagements. We are a managed talent pipeline — not a general job board.
